Revive With Ellen
Join our friendly fitness coach, Ellen, for a gentle exercise session designed to suit all abilities. This class combines low-impact movements, stretching, and light strength exercises to improve flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing. You can choose to participate standing or seated, making it accessible for everyone. Perfect for boosting energy, reducing stiffness, and leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged.

Little Kickers
These fun-filled sessions are specially designed for young children to develop coordination, balance, and confidence while having fun. Led by friendly, qualified coaches, kids learn the basics of football through imaginative games and activities that keep them engaged and active. It’s also a wonderful way for children to build social skills, make new friends, and experience the value of teamwork in a supportive environment.

One You Weight Loss Group
A welcoming and supportive group designed to help you on your weight loss and healthy living journey. Parent and Baby Fitness Class
Our New Parent & Baby Fitness Class is a relaxed and welcoming way to ease back into exercise while spending time with your little one. In our large sports hall, toddlers can explore a safe play area filled with a variety of toys, whilst younger babies can play on a soft mat right in front of you whilst you do a workout.
The session is ran by Ellen King, a qualified personal trainer, who will guide you through a number of light bodyweight strength exercises and soothing stretches, helping parents rebuild strength, improve mobility, and enjoy some well-deserved movement in a supportive, family-friendly environment.
